Design for Private Works

BTUTP has carried out many development projects for private sector clients. These projects include land development schemes and preliminary and final architectural works for private residences, offices and industrial complexes. Next to its in-house architects, BTUTP has also developed affiliations with a number of architectural offices with whom the company has collaborated to develop design schemes in line with the vision of its clients.

Work supervision has become an integral part of the tasks our company provides on regular basis. Our team of engineers has gained a broad experience following up on small and large scale projects, including infrastructure works.
 

 
Project Management, Tendering, and Administrative Works.

In the complicated legal, administrative and financial environment of today's planning, the supervision of administrative procedures, follow-up on planning permission applications, and the development of adequate project scheduling and financial schemes are inherent parts of the making of a project. Our Offices have thus incorporated these tasks among the list of services it provides.
